Process my Return/Exchange

  • We accept online returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in new condition, with tags attached (or in the original packaging), unwashed, unworn, and without stains.
  • For BLACK FRIDAY - No refunds on any orders including sale items made from November 22nd to December 2nd. Store credit will be provided for orders returned within 14 days of receipt. 
  • We cannot refund the original shipping and handling charges. 
  • We don’t offer prepaid return labels - you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. However, if you’d like to exchange your garment, we will cover the shipping of your new item back to you. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and keeping your tracking number on file. If an item is lost in transit, it's the buyer's responsibility.
  • We will process your return within three weeks of receiving it at our headquarters. Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to process through your original form of payment, but this may vary depending on the payment processor.

 

Returns FAQ

I want to return an in-store purchase. 
Unwashed/unworn items are eligible for an exchange or store credit, within 30 days of purchase. Our store credit never expires, and can be used both online and in-store.  If you'd like to make a return from an in-store purchase, please bring the items you wish to return to one of our locations along with your receipt, and one of our team members will process your return. Sorry, no refunds.

 

 I want to return an item that was gifted to me.
We gladly accept gift returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If you received a gift and would like to exchange it for a new item or store credit, please either visit one of our stores or email us at help@parade.ca with your gift receipt number and the item you wish to return. All regular return policies apply - the item must be in new condition, with tags attached (or in the original packaging), unwashed, unworn, and without stains.
If you are returning the item by mail, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, but we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item back to you.
If you have an unwashed, unworn item with tags from the current season but no order number or receipt, we will be able to provide a store credit at the last listed sale price.

 

 US Returns
In order to keep return shipping costs low for our US customers, we provide a domestic address for US returns. However, please allow for an additional week of processing time, as this domestic address is a forwarding facility that ensures a smooth and efficient return process.
To avoid any issues, please make sure to send your return to the designated US address. If parcels are sent directly to our Canadian address and incur customs charges, they will be rejected and returned to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to compensate you for any additional shipping charges in this case.
